I’ve been happy with it so far — it’s comfortable and gives good support. I’m hoping it holds up over time, because if it starts losing that support, I’d probably switch to something else

"Looks nice, but not sure it’s worth it for me"
The overall look is clean and modern, which I do like, but a few of the pieces feel a little too plain for my taste. For the price, I was hoping for something with a bit more character or detail.

"I’ve emailed them twice now and..."
I’ve emailed them twice now and I’m still waiting for an actual reply from a real person. What makes it even more frustrating is having to go through the same verification stuff over and over, like it’s somehow starting the whole process again each time. i just want someone to get back to me and help...

"Customization feels more limited than before"
I feel like this used to be better. For the price, I expected a lot more flexibility, especially since the whole idea is custom furniture. The basic options are there, but once I tried adjusting the size, cushion feel, and smaller details, it started to feel limited. Kind of disappointing, and in the end it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Delivery was kind of a hassle"
The couch itself is fine, I guess, but the delivery process was frustrating. The date got changed twice, and the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening. I had to keep reaching out to support just to get answers. For what I paid, I expected the delivery to be a lot smoother.

"Nice couch, but the handling and stitching were disappointing"
The couch itself is comfortable and looks good overall, but I was a little frustrated with the careless handling. It didn’t feel like it was treated very carefully before it got to me, and the stitching in a few spots looks uneven. It’s still a decent couch, but the craftsmanship feels kind of hit or miss

"Nice couch, though it reminds me of one my sister has"
I do like how this couch looks in my living room, and it actually reminds me a lot of the one my sister bought a while back. It has a clean, stylish look and feels comfortable so far. That said, I’m still not totally convinced it was worth the price. It’s nice, just maybe a little more expensive than I expected for what it is.
